Yesterday, PCDHFC hosted Hon. MP for Coquitlam Ron McKinnon and staff at our range facilities. Mr. McKinnon listened to members on firearms regulations, public safety, the position of the club in the safety regime and our concerns on upcoming legislation and possible changes in private ownership. Ron toured all our ranges and observed law enforcement engaging in competition. Later he was able to fire a variety of firearms under supervision while hearing from club volunteers on the challenges of ownership. We thank Ron for keeping open dialogue with the club and for listening to our concerns.
