Smallbore Committee
The small bore night is a chance for new and old shooters to get together and shoot in an atmosphere that is unintimidated by large calibre noises. In the past year we have had close to 750 shooters come out toi enjoy our Wednesday night shoot, some as young as six and seven years old, other who are new members and older shooters who show up every week like the Burke Mountain .22 Guys (they even have their own T-shirt).
I would like to thank all the shooters who come up and make Wednesday night shooting a fun and safe evening. I would also like to thank my two designated range officers Ed Kingsbury and Kerri Irvine for their year-long help and hope to see them both next year,
Also I thank Peter, John, Alex, donald, Kerri, Ron, Rob and Euegene for volunteering to install new insulation and sound proofing to the range 7 ceiling. This work was done in the evenings as to not interrupt day shooting. Alex, John, Peter, Donald Robert and Paul have been very helpful as line officers and goodwill ambassadors to many new shooters.
