Whether you’re a new or experienced hunter, “Boom… Now What?” will take you through the process of effectively and efficiently handling your game meat. In this course Matt Rempel, avid hunter and owner/operator of Dino Meats in Williams Lake, will cover important subjects such as knife selection, sharpening, and honing, and butchering techniques. He will dive into the science of meat, and what happens to an animal before, during, and after it is shot. Matt will provide a solid education to ensure the animals you harvest are in the best condition possible, and correct some common misconceptions that persist in the hunting community.
The course is $70 and runs September 7th from 9am-4pm in the Clubhouse.
